Terms & Conditions

We follow ethics and principles when it comes to produce high quality products. When we customize products depending upon your requirements, kindly make sure to provide full specifications along with clear measurement and design.

Payment terms:

1. Goods will only be dispatched after full payment Received
2. All Transport charges to be borne by the buyer.
3. Extra Freight charges on actuals to be borne by the buyer including local transportation charges
4. Wear and tear in transit will be borne by the buyer though we’re taking care of the packing well
5. Our products are non-returnable however it can be replaced online only through a courier initiated by the buyer for return at their own expenses. The replaceable product should be received by us in a good condition only. After getting the quality checks done, the product will be replaced.
6. The replacement is only initiated when there would be a quality issues after having checked the quality of the received product.
7. If the product was received by the buyer in damaged condition, we would replace the product. Kindly do not forget to take the video of the parcel while unpacking.
